The heart of your security concept
Active 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, our qualified operators receive, analyse and handle your alarms.
They are the ones who, depending on the alarm and after resolving any doubts, contact law enforcement (break-in, attack, etc.) or private security services (technical alarm, unconfirmed alarm, etc.) to trigger a response.
The alarm centre has a direct line to the police. The centre is in a secure location (European norm EN 50518) and has redundant capabilities in the event of technical issues.
Alarm handling procedure
Alarms are handled in 5 key steps.
The most important role is played by the alarm centre, which is responsible for:
- Identifying authorised persons
- Remote listening in the event of an alarm
- Viewing images and video data in the event of an intrusion
- Call-backs via telephone or intercom
